About the role:

• Oversee the full tender cycle from reviewing project information to delivering accurate, competitive commercial submissions while guiding a small team and collaborating closely with commercial, operations, and procurement teams.

What You Bring

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• 8 12 years experience in estimation/costing for interior fit-out projects.
• Proven leadership experience within an estimation or pre-construction team.
• Strong understanding of fit-out components: civil works, finishes, joinery, MEP, and FF&E.
• Excellent analytical, commercial, negotiation, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong technical competence with estimation tools/ERP systems.
• Knowledge of regional construction regulations (UAE/KSA is a plus).
• Solid grasp of commercial and financial drivers in project delivery.

What You ll Do

• Lead and develop the estimation team, assigning workloads and ensuring consistent quality.
• Manage the entire tendering process, interpreting project documents and validating quantities, pricing, and cost structures.
• Prepare complete technical and commercial submissions that align with project scope and company strategy.
• Work with internal stakeholders to clarify scope assumptions and align cost strategies.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, securing competitive market pricing.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and value-engineering options for each bid.
• Support senior management during pricing reviews and tender negotiations.
• Maintain up-to-date cost data, pricing benchmarks, and market intelligence.
• Track tender outcomes and drive continuous improvements in estimating practices.
