Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities
· Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and detailed layouts for curtain walls, skylights, cladding, doors, windows, louvers, handrails, balustrades, canopies, and steel trusses.
· Perform material take-offs (MTOs) and coordinate material ordering as per approved technical specifications.
· Review and update drawings based on consultant comments and project revisions.
· Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and project budgets for aluminum and façade works.
· Review project drawings and specifications to determine quantities, dimensions, and materials.
Coordinate closely with the design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure technical accuracy and cost efficiency
Desired Candidate Profile
Technical Skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D)
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Familiar with international façade systems such as SCHUCO, REYNAERS, TECHNAL, GUTMANN, ALUMIL, ALUK, and GULF EXTRUSIONS
Qualifications
- 3 + years of UAE experience in aluminum and glass / façade works.
- Strong technical drawing and estimation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
