Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for accurately evaluating project costs, timelines, and materials for our interior and exterior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the fit-out industry in the GCC and demonstrate a high level of accuracy in estimating project costs to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

· Analyse project plans, specifications, and drawings to develop accurate cost estimates for interior and exterior fit-out projects.

· Prepare and submit detailed project cost proposals, including materials, labour, equipment, and subcontractor requirements.

· Collaborate with project managers, architects, designers, and other team members to identify cost-saving opportunities and align estimates with project budgets.

· Assess subcontractor and supplier quotes and negotiate to ensure cost efficiency.

· Maintain updated knowledge of material prices, market trends, and supplier options.

· Monitor project costs and adjust estimates as necessary during project progression.

· Prepare tender documents and participate in bid evaluations and negotiations.
