Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of project plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to clarify project scope and timelines, ensuring alignment on expectations.
• Utilize historical data and industry benchmarks to generate competitive pricing strategies that meet company goals.
• Identify and quantify all necessary materials, labor, and overhead costs associated with projects.
• Prepare detailed bid proposals and present findings to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating value propositions.
• Continuously monitor market trends and pricing fluctuations to adjust estimates and maintain competitiveness.
• Review and analyze bids from subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring they align with project requirements and budget.
• Utilize estimating software and tools to streamline the estimation process and enhance accuracy.
• Assist in post-project evaluations to assess the accuracy of estimates and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain organized and detailed records of estimates, revisions, and project specifications for future reference.

ii.Analyze shop drawings and material specs to create detailed BOQs

iii.Evaluate and negotiate with vendors

iv.Have good experience in the Interior fitout industry.
