Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out projects
- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
- Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with vendors
- Coordinate with project, design, and procurement teams
- Ensure cost accuracy and budget alignment
- Support tendering and project cost planning activities
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in strong>interior fit-out estimation/strong>
Strong knowledge of drawings, materials, and specifications
Experience preparing BOQs and cost breakdowns
Ability to evaluate and negotiate with vendors
Good understanding of interior fit-out materials and processes
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Good communication skills in English
Organized, detail-oriented, and professional approach
