What will you be doing?

As an estimator, you are responsible for preparing quotations, which begins by studying the project specifications and contacting suppliers for pricing information.

You will also work closely with the sales team to create proposals that are suitable for the project requirement. Key responsibilities are:

• Cost estimation
• Analysing specifications and drawings
• Vendor and supplier communication
• Maintaining accurate records and correspondence related to costing

What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented with an analytical mindset:

• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, or ERP systems like Odoo
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, clients, and vendors as well as presenting and explaining estimates
• Previous experience in estimating, project management, or a related field is often preferred. Entry-level positions may require internship experience or relevant coursework
