Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quotations for landscaping projects
Analyze project drawings, specifications, and site conditions
Estimate costs for plants, materials, irrigation systems, manpower, and equipment
Coordinate with suppliers for updated pricing and material availability
Work closely with the design, procurement, and project teams to finalize budgets
Assist in preparing technical submissions and tender documents
Ensure estimates are aligned with market prices and project requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for a detail-oriented Estimator with solid UAE experience in landscaping projects. The ideal candidate must have hands-on knowledge of plants, materials, softscape & hardscape elements, and the ability to prepare accurate cost estimates for residential and commercial landscaping works.
Candidate Requirements
2-3 years of UAE experience as an Estimator in landscaping
MUST have strong knowledge of plants, soil types, softscape, and hardscape materials
Good understanding of local market pricing and landscaping standards
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Proficient in MS Excel and estimation tools
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
