Estimator Thamvos

Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates for fit-out and joinery projects based on drawings, specifications, and client requirements. Review tender documents, drawings, and BOQs to ensure accurate take-offs and cost analysis. Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of materials, market values, and industry pricing trends. Calculate joinery costing including furniture, cabinetry, doors, panels, and other custom works. Collaborate with the design, procurement, and project teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy of estimates. Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals within deadlines. Assist in value engineering by suggesting cost-effective alternatives without compromising quality. Support the management team in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control throughout the project cycle. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in estimation for fit-out and joinery works. Strong knowledge of materials, joinery items, and market rates. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software. Good negotiation and analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
