Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of project plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to clarify project scope and timelines, ensuring alignment on expectations.
- Utilize historical data and industry benchmarks to generate competitive pricing strategies that meet company goals.
- Identify and quantify all necessary materials, labor, and overhead costs associated with projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in estimating within the construction industry is essential.
Professional certifications such as Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) or similar are highly desirable.
Experience with both commercial and residential projects, showcasing versatility in various estimating scenarios.
