Estimator - Saudi Arabia [Experience in FM ( Opers. & Maintenance)

Preparation of preliminary estimation, budget estimation, detailed estimation (with rate analysis) Insurance claims and administration for Operation and maintenance tenders/works (Operation & maintenance includes maintenance, cleaning services,specialized system maintenance, irrigation & landscaping) & Fit-out tenders.

▪ Visit site / attend pre-bid & post bid meetings.

▪ Previous experience in Govt. tender submission via ETIMAD portal.

▪ Experience in deep study contract documents and ensure that estimates cover all hidden factors.

▪ Submit enquiries, obtain and analyze prices, maintain vendors data base, ensure that all estimation covered with support quotations from market, accordingly prepare material, subcontracting, prelims and labor cost estimation and bid price

▪ Conduct negotiations, identify of cost or pricing data submitted during the negotiations and relied upon in reaching a settlement.

▪ Prepare of List of Technical Queries for Consultant/Client clarification.

▪ Quantity take-off.

▪ Prepare technical and commercial bid, follow up until finalization including presentation.

▪ Prepare of Evaluation of Tender/Contract documents and Bill of Quantities

▪ Prepare Quantification of Variations as per revised drawings / specification and follow-up with Main Contracts/Project Managers for Site Work Instruction. (SWI)

▪ Schedule & monitor the Progress of the works, delays & disruption of the Project and Preparation of Claims for delays and associated costs.

▪ Prepare pricing of Variation claims, evaluation with Main Contractors / client and Finalization of Variation Orders (VO)

▪ Should be able to use autocad and other software’s related to estimation & qty take off and technical presentation submission.

▪ Develop of cost loaded programs, Cash flow & Manpower Histogram with detail breakdown of actual manpower, material, subcontracting cost and numbers.

▪ Cross check and verify project team MR to ensure that ordered qty and cost is with in allocated budget as per estimation.

▪ Calculate resource and time needed for projects in detail and monitor with actual.

▪ As per operational requirement, employee may be deployed in any of the region of Saudi and may be assigned to different department if and when required
