Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

Lead organizational change management workstreams for large-scale transformation initiatives by designing and executing strategies that align with business objectives. Drive stakeholder engagement and readiness, develop clear communication plans, and oversee training programs to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies. Manage change impact assessments, mitigate risks, and monitor adoption of metrics to provide actionable insights for leadership.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
  • Change Management Strategy:
    • Design and lead structured change management strategies for large-scale transformation programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership:
    • Identify, build and maintain strong relationships with different stakeholders, drive engagement, and influence decisions to secure buy-in.
  • Change Impact Assessment:
    • Oversee readiness assessments and impact analysis, interpret results to inform strategic decisions, and proactively mitigate risks.
  • Communication Design and Execution:
    • Develop communication plans, ensuring messaging consistency across multiple channels and tailoring content for diverse audiences.
  • Training & Enablement:
    • Direct the creation of training frameworks and oversee delivery, ensuring capability building aligns with transformation goals.
  • Change adoption:
    • Track, and report on success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts, gathering feedback for continuous improvement, and implement corrective actions to sustain momentum and achieve measurable outcomes.
Required Professional Experience
8-12 years in professional environments, ideally within consulting or enterprise organization with 3-4 years of experience in Change management with a strong track record in leading change management plan implementations
Skills & Certifications
  • Change Management Strategy: Ability to design and implement structured change frameworks (e.g., ADKAR Standard).
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to secure buy-in across mid-to-senior levels.
  • Communication Excellence: Skilled in crafting clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences using multiple channels.
  • Project Leadership: Ability to manage workstreams, budgets, and timelines within transformation programs.
