Roles & Responsibilities
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled IT professional to lead and execute large integrations of Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange Online services as part of our Cloud Transformation Team. This role ensures seamless migration, configuration, and operational handover of M365 and Exchange Online solutions across multiple international affiliates.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze clients O365 tenant and document findings

Create migration and transformation strategies for O365 and exchange
-
Prepare and execute rollout of O365 clients, including toolset selection and methodology
-
Migrate accounts, objects, and data from legacy systems to Exchange Online and related O365 services (Sharepoint, Onedrive, Teams)
-
Configure Outlook clients, Teams, OneDrive, and mobile device integration
-
Ensure compliance with archiving, security, and regulatory requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
-
Proven experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange Online migrations in enterprise environments

Strong understanding of Exchange Hybrid setups, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Teams
-
Familiarity with Active Directory/Entra ID, SSO, and user/group management
-
Experience with compliance, archiving, and integration of third-party tools
-
Project management skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders
-
Excellent documentation, communication, and users training abilities
-
Previous experience as system administrator for large M365 and exchange online

Relevant certifications:

Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert

Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate

Microsoft Office Specialist: Associate/Expert (Microsoft 365 Apps)

Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate

Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)

Microsoft 365 Certified: Exchange Online Support Engineer Specialty (MS-220)
Additional Information

Proficient in Englisch is a must

German is a plus
-
International travel may be required

The role involves close cooperation with other service streams (Security, Network, AD, Telephony, etc.) and may require support for non-standard solutions
