Roles & Responsibilities
Role Overview:
The Senior Associate Performance Tester leads performance testing efforts, mentors junior testers, and ensures robust test strategies for complex systems. This role involves advanced scripting, analysis, and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement comprehensive performance test strategies.
Develop and maintain automation frameworks for load, stress, and endurance testing.
Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations.
Collaborate with architects and DevOps teams to integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Define SLAs, KPIs, and reporting standards for performance metrics.

Technical Stack Examples:
Tools: JMeter, LoadRunner, Blazemeter, DataDog.
Languages: Java, Python, SQL.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field.
4 6 years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
Expertise in tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Blazemeter.
Strong programming skills (Java, Python) and knowledge of system architecture.
Experience with APM tools and cloud environments.
