Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions
- Configure and customize SAP SD modules (Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, etc.)
- Support integration with other SAP modules (MM, FI, WM, etc.)
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Provide post-implementation support and resolve production issues
- Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and work with technical teams
- Participate in SAP rollouts, upgrades, and migration projects
- Document processes, configurations, and training materials
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- 2.5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD module implementation and support
- Strong understanding of SD processes: order-to-cash, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management
- Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation or rollout
- Familiarity with integration points between SD and other SAP modules (MM, FI, etc.)
- Ability to write functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers
- Proficient in SAP configuration and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
