Roles & Responsibilities
- The Luxury Women s Wear Factory Production Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of production operations within the factory, ensuring product quality, adherence to timelines, and achieving high levels of efficiency in the workplace. The manager supervises the workforce and collaborates with other departments to deliver luxury women s garments that meet the brand s premium standards.
Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations Management: Oversee all production activities, including cutting, sewing, finishing, and quality control.
- Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate the production team, assign tasks, and monitor performance to ensure high productivity and adherence to quality standards.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet the high-quality standards of luxury women s fashion, with a strong focus on fine details and high-end finishing.
- Schedule Management: Develop production plans and ensure deadlines are met for client or market deliveries.
- Resource Management: Control raw materials, equipment, and human resources to improve efficiency and minimize waste.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety standards and implement factory regulations.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the design, sales, and marketing departments to meet product requirements and customer expectations.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance production processes, implement new techniques, and train staff on best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management within the apparel industry, preferably in luxury women s wear.
- Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, including cutting, sewing, and quality control.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time and resources efficiently.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Arabic and English (a plus).
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards in manufacturing environments.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in production management or quality control (a plus).
