Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- To ensure the administrative management of events and demonstrations
- Prepare the files, documents and materials needed for the events
- Coordinate with suppliers, service providers and partners
- Track reservations, contracts and administrative authorizations
- Manage calls, mail and communications related to events
- Participate in the logistical organization of events
- Ensure budgetary and administrative monitoring of expenditures
- Training in administration, management, communication or event management
- Desired experience in administration or event management
- Good command of office tools
- Organizational skills and prioritization
Desired Candidate Profile
Training in administration, management, communication, or event planning; Experience in administration or event planning preferred; Proficiency in office software; Strong organizational and prioritization skills
