Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • To ensure the administrative follow-up of event files (contracts, quotes, invoicing, schedules)
  • Managing logistical aspects: reservations, orders and coordination of service providers
  • Organize team meetings (invitations, agendas, minutes)
  • Update the customer and supplier databases
  • Provide regular progress reports on projects
  • Supporting the team in operational coordination prior to events

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Training in secretarial work, management or administration
  • Rigour, organizational skills and excellent prioritization
  • My proficiency with office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Prior experience in event management would be an asset
