Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- To ensure the administrative follow-up of event files (contracts, quotes, invoicing, schedules)
- Managing logistical aspects: reservations, orders and coordination of service providers
- Organize team meetings (invitations, agendas, minutes)
- Update the customer and supplier databases
- Provide regular progress reports on projects
- Supporting the team in operational coordination prior to events
Desired Candidate Profile
- Training in secretarial work, management or administration
- Rigour, organizational skills and excellent prioritization
- My proficiency with office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Prior experience in event management would be an asset
