Job description:

We are looking for a freelance Event Coordinator to manage our Candlelight concerts. This role involves the complete management of events, primarily on weekends.

Responsabilit s :

  • Coordination of concerts on site (pre-production and production).
  • Supervision of teams (up to 15 people) and service providers (up to 10 companies).
  • Management of institutional relations (local authorities, businesses, associations).
  • To ensure a seamless experience for the audience.
