Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate events from concept to execution

  • Communicate with clients to understand requirements, budgets, and expectations

  • Prepare event proposals, quotations, and timelines

  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, design, F&B, logistics)

  • Manage vendor relationships and event supplies

  • Supervise on-site event setup, execution, and dismantling

  • Ensure all safety and operational standards are followed

  • Handle last-minute changes and troubleshoot during events

  • Maintain event reports, feedback, and documentation

  • Support marketing initiatives and promotional events

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field

  • 2–4 years of experience in event coordination (UAE experience preferred)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication and client-handling abilities

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
