Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Participate in the brainstorming and implementing event concepts and themes, designing a layout and agenda of the event, and any other marketing activities to promote the event with the assistance of the marketing team.
Planning and organizing the event in accordance with the preference of the Association.
Support with the preparation of event budgets.
Researching and booking venues and arrange it for the event.
Negotiating and contracting suppliers, caterers, florists and organizing volunteers, as well as special guest appearance, MCs, or any other suitable entertainer for the event.
Coordinating all logistical elements of the event.
Attending event to oversee activities and ensure details are handled as planned.
Developing post-event reports on the effectiveness of
