Roles & Responsibilities
Join Meccademia Events Company (Dubai) as an Event Executive and be part of a dynamic team delivering large-scale educational and corporate events across the UAE. Our portfolio includes prestigious projects in partnership with the Government Organisations and Large Private Organisations in UAE.
- Plan, organize, and execute major events.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and partners for smooth logistics.
- Collaborate with internal teams for branding, marketing, and event support.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and post-event reporting.
- Provide on-site support and resolve issues during events
Desired Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in event planning or coordination.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage deadlines.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
- Proficiency in Canva/Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Cvent like event software knowledge is a plus.
