Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all production activities for events and exhibitions from setup to dismantling.

  • Coordinate with designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

  • Oversee site preparation, logistics, and materials handling.

  • Manage on-site teams and ensure adherence to safety and compliance requirements.

  • Monitor budgets and report project progress to management.

  • Responsible for bringing in new sales and preparing accurate cost estimations and quotations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in event or exhibition production supervision.

  • Strong technical and practical knowledge of materials, fabrication, and installation.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
