Identify and evaluate exhibition and trade show opportunities across GCC markets
Plan and coordinate company s participation in exhibitions and events
Manage exhibition budgets, vendor contracts, and logistics
Design exhibition booth concepts in collaboration with design team
Coordinate booth setup, product displays, and promotional materials
Recruit, train, and supervise promoters and booth staff for events
Develop engagement strategies and promotional activities for exhibitions
Manage on-site operations during exhibitions and events
Coordinate product inventory and promotional materials for events
Engage with B2B clients, distributors, and potential retail partners
Collect leads and customer data during exhibitions
Analyse exhibition ROI and prepare post-event reports
Build relationships with event organizers and industry contacts
Ensure compliance with exhibition regulations and requirements
Coordinate with marketing team on pre-event and post-event campaigns
