Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the comprehensive planning, management, and execution of all large-scale company events.
  • Manage and mentor a cross-functional team, ensuring clear communication and strong collaboration across all departments.
  • Take full ownership of event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet event objectives and deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise in real-time, ensuring events run smoothly and professionally.
  • Oversee all project management aspects of events, from initial brainstorming to post-event analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile

Location: Hurghada Resident

Strong professional background: relevant certifications in event or project management are a plus.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in event and/or project management.

Superior skills in ownership, accountability, and real-time problem resolution.

Expert at managing cross-functional teams and maintaining strong collaboration across departments.

Proven success in leading and executing large-scale events.
