Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and deliver experiential events from concept to completion.

• Collaborate with clients to develop event strategies that align with their vision and goals.

• Manage budgets, timelines, suppliers, and logistics with precision and creativity.

• Oversee production schedules, ensuring every detail from venue setup to show flow runs smoothly.

• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between creative, production, and account management.

• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and clients to ensure top-quality delivery.

• Stay ahead of event trends, technologies, and innovative ideas to elevate every experience.

What We re Looking For:

• 5 8 years of proven experience in event or project management within an events or experiential agency.

• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

• A problem-solver who stays calm under pressure and can adapt quickly in fast-paced environments.

• Skilled in budget management and vendor coordination.

• Passionate about creativity, innovation, and flawless event execution.
