Roles & Responsibilities

As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and detail-oriented Producer to join the Fever Originals team. You will take responsibility for the end-to-end production of complex live entertainment experiences involving the construction of permanent or semi-permanent physical spaces, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.This role spans technical production, creative development, budgeting, process management, and leadership, and requires strong adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to balance speed and quality.You will serve as the main production point of contact across a wide portfolio of projects, coordinating technical teams, business leaders, our partners and external vendors, while leading processes that guarantee exceptional experiences for our audiences.

Responsibilities;

Project Management

  • Oversee all phases of production from initial concept development through on-site execution and post-event wrap-up.
  • Interpret creative briefs, site layouts, and project requirements to ensure feasibility and alignment with company goals.
  • Validate site logistics and operational needs through planning sessions, venue scouting, and site visits.
  • Coordinate cross-department collaboration across creative, operations, technical, and vendor teams.

Pre-Production & Design Coordination

  • Lead internal design and planning reviews with creative, production, and operation teams.
  • Ensure creative concepts are achievable within budget, technical limits, and schedule constraints.
  • Maintain clear communication between external vendors and internal teams to manage expectations and approvals.

Process & Documentation

  • Create and maintain comprehensive production documentation, timelines, and handover materials.
  • Develop and track schedules, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools.
  • Support consistent communication flow and version control for all project documentation

Budgeting & Financial Management

  • Build, manage, and reconcile production budgets from feasibility through final delivery.
  • Track project spending and identify opportunities for optimization or cost savings.
  • Oversee contracts, vendor negotiations, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
  • Assist with closing out event P&Ls and financial reporting.

Leadership & Communication

  • Lead team and client meetings, capturing action items and ensuring accountability.
  • Present confidently to senior stakeholders, clients, and partners.
  • Translate complex production challenges into practical, solution-oriented recommendations.
  • Support and mentor production coordinators or junior staff as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

You have a track record of successfully produced events with strong data analysis, oral and written communication skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and pride yourself on your flexible, detailed, analytical mindset.

The role requires a mix of business development and operational experience. Candidates need to be passionate about the entertainment/events industry. You will have to be comfortable delivering results in an ambiguous environment, being exceptionally detail-oriented while looking around corners, and thinking bigger about how we create a compelling experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in the event production industry
  • Professional fluency in English + Arabic
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time and pull together multiple aspects of an event in an organized and efficient way
  • Have an innovative mindset to identify cutting edge solutions in the production space
  • Proven experience in vendor negotiations, and in managing detailed budgets
  • Have a strong network of vendors and venues
  • Understanding of technical production requirements
  • Basic knowledge of fabrication processes and familiarity with permitting processes
  • Ability to manage teams and provide guidance to a team.
  • You'll be solution-focused, identifying problem areas and then creating plans to find resolutions
  • Have strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships
