Job Description

An Event Production Manager is a crucial role in the event management field, responsible for overseeing all aspects of event production to ensure seamless execution. Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event planning and production management.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
  • Proficiency in event management software and familiar with common office applications.
  • Experience managing budgets and negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
