Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Missions
- Organize and coordinate events (conferences, trade fairs, seminars, congresses).
- Develop and implement the sales strategy for the spaces: stands, sponsorship, partnerships.
- Actively participate in the prospecting, negotiation and conclusion of contracts with exhibitors, partners and speakers.
- Manage the logistical and budgetary aspects of projects.
- Supervise the service providers and internal teams involved in the projects.
- Profile
- Proven experience (minimum 4 years) in events or a similar field.
- Bac+5 diploma in project management, communication or events.
- Excellent command of French (oral and written); Professional English is a plus.
- Sense of organization, interpersonal skills and ability to manage several projects in parallel.
- Good resistance to stress and availability for events (evenings and occasional weekends).
