Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring an experienced Event Safety Manager to support a number of events in Riyadh for an initial 3-month contract. This role involves managing safety operations across multiple sites throughout the build, break and event phases. Accommodation within Riyadh will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Event Safety operations on-site across several large-scale event locations
  • Site inspections
  • Ensure compliance with international and local safety regulations
  • Liaise with event and site management, contractors, local authorities to ensure consistent safety standards
  • Incident Investigation
  • Plant sign off
  • Site visits
  • Respond promptly to incidents and coordinate follow-up actions and reporting
  • Provide guidance on safe working practices
  • Stakeholder management

Desired Candidate Profile

A minimum of 5 years Event Safety experience, particularly in live music events

  • Strong understanding of international H&S standards; knowledge of Saudi regulations is advantageous
  • NEBOSH General Certificate
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across various sites
  • Availability for the full contract duration, including flexibility around working hours and travel between venues
