Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Proactively identify and cultivate new event sales leads through networking, industry events, and targeted outreach, focusing on high-value opportunities.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs, showcasing the venue's unique selling points and event capabilities.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to contract negotiation and final event execution, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Demonstrates a minimum of 1- 3 years of proven experience in event sales, preferably within the hospitality or events industry.
Exhibits a strong understanding of the event planning process, including venue selection, catering, and event logistics.
