Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including corporate gatherings, product launches, and private functions, ensuring alignment with French Spirit (LA DUREE)'s brand standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, d cor, and audio-visual requirements.
- Develop and manage detailed event timelines, budgets, and checklists to ensure seamless execution and adherence to financial targets.
- Oversee on-site event operations, providing hands-on support to guarantee a flawless guest experience from setup to breakdown.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to promote events through digital channels, social media, and traditional marketing initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, venues, and service providers to secure optimal terms and quality.
- Monitor event performance, gather feedback, and prepare post-event reports to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations throughout all event activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and partners to foster repeat business and positive brand reputation.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance event offerings and guest experiences.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in event planning, coordination, or management, preferably within the strong>hospitality or luxury sector (catering)./strong> /li>
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.
