Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Supervise event site activities including setup and dismantling

  2. Manage labor and technicians on site

  3. Coordinate with Project Manager and Operations team

  4. Ensure materials are used properly and safely

  5. Follow event drawings and instructions

  6. Handle small site issues and report to management

  7. Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2–3 years UAE experience in event management or scaffolding

  • Knowledge of event structures, staging, and temporary installations

  • Ability to manage manpower and work under pressure

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Physically fit for site work

  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
