Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage scaffolding erection, alteration, and dismantling activities, ensuring compliance with Aramco standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement control measures to mitigate hazards associated with scaffolding operations.
- Supervise a team of scaffolders and riggers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Inspect scaffolding components and completed structures to verify structural integrity and adherence to design specifications.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a relevant technical certification is a plus.
- Holds a valid Aramco-approved Scaffolding Supervisor 1 and Rigger 3 certification.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in scaffolding and rigging, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Exhibits strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, components, and erection/dismantling procedures, with proven experience in Aramco projects.
