Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and oversee all aspects of brand events, activations, and experiential marketing initiatives across Nissan Middle East markets.
Maximize budget efficiency & utilization through events planning phase.
Ensure cross functional alignment is done with all stake holders & deliver local to regional validations.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to conceptualize and develop creative assets for regional campaigns.
Work on end-to-end creative development from briefing till campaign is dispatched to media, while working with media team to assess assets performance for the models in charge.
Proactively explore, test, and recommend innovative marketing tools and technologies-particularly AI-driven solutions that can enhance creativity, personalization, and operational efficiency.
Work on A/B testing opportunities through media campaigns to always test assets efficiency.
Manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder coordination internally and externally, ensuring seamless execution of the projects handled.
Oversee agency partners, production vendors, and other third-party providers to ensure quality, creativity, and efficiency.
Generate post-event reports and track creative performance across campaigns.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 8 years of experience in events management & advertising, or related marketing roles.
Fluency in English is mandatory, and Arabic is highly preferred.
Proven experience executing large-scale events and integrated marketing campaigns.
Experience in automotive or consumer-facing industries is a plus.
Experience in an event/creative agency is a plus.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
