Responsibilities:
Responsible for the logistics coordination of assigned events, projects & exhibitions.
Prepare and deliver multimodal transport solutions according to the Scope of Work.
On-site pre-event route & contingency checks.
Oversee Events & Projects and will have to act quickly to resolve problems.
Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms.
Essential Skills :
Minimum 02 years experience in managing Events & Projects
Fluent verbal and written English
Ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple tasks
