The ideal candidate combines creativity with strategic thinking, strong communication, and project management skills, while also contributing to business growth by identifying new opportunities.Job Responsibilities:Creative IdeationDevelop innovative concepts for live events, brand activations, and experiential campaigns.Translate client objectives into impactful, memorable experiences.Stay updated on trends in events, activations, and experiential marketing.Client ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for retail clients, ensuring consistent and clear communication.Understand client objectives and translate them into effective strategies.Build and maintain strong relationships aligned with client business goals.Project ExecutionManage the delivery of retail campaigns and activations end-to-end.Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth execution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, production, digital, etc.) to deliver high-quality outputs.Business DevelopmentIdentify opportunities to expand existing client accounts.Support new business pitches with creative and strategic input.Monitor and apply emerging retail and event trends to drive growth.Job Requirements:2 3 years of experience in events or experiential marketing.Proven experience in ideation, conceptualization, and pitching of campaigns.Strong project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines.Knowledge of event trends, production processes, and vendor management.
