Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate heavy excavating machinery to dig, move, and grade earth and other materials with precision.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the excavator, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other operators to coordinate excavation activities and adhere to project timelines.
- Interpret blueprints and site plans to determine excavation requirements and specifications accurately.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a vocational training in heavy machinery operation preferred.
- Valid excavator operator certification and relevant licenses to operate heavy machinery legally.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience operating excavators in construction or similar industries.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications effectively for accurate execution.
