Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What we expect from you:
- Support the KSA Exclusive Operations team by executing daily operational processes with accuracy and speed
- Handle customer interactions with empathy and professionalism, aiming to improve the overall customer experience
- Monitor and increase fulfillment rates by identifying gaps and taking proactive actions
- Track and report performance metrics such as utilization and unfulfillment, ensuring data accuracy
- Conduct outbound calls when required, following quality grading standards
- Contribute to special projects that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with your immediate team and team leader, keeping communication clear and timely
What we are looking for:
- 1 3 years of experience in customer support or operations
- Strong analytical , problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and good proficiency in English
- Comfort working six days a week in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Experience in the service industry (nice-to-have)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and operational tools
- Strong experience in Microsoft Office and/or Google suite tools such as Excel, Google slides etc
- Experience working in fast-growth or startup-like environments
