Executive | Accounts Receivable

Job Purpose

We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive/Officer to support the Accounts Receivable function. The role involves managing client accounts, ensuring timely collections, accurate reconciliations, and maintaining proper financial records. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance cash flow, reduce outstanding receivables, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client receivable records

Follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collections

Match collections against invoices and resolve discrepancies

Prepare receivable reports, including ageing analysis

Conduct regular client balance confirmations

Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and finance teams

Liaise with debt recovery agencies and legal representatives

Prepare MIS reports using MS Excel and internal systems

Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

ACCA qualification or part-qualification is an advantage

Experience

Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in receivables, accounting, or finance.

Key Skills

Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes

Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Effective communication in English and Arabic

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Customer relationship management skills
