Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full executive administrative support (scheduling, communication, coordination)

  • Manage and coordinate art exhibitions, installations, and gallery events

  • Oversee artwork handling, documentation, and inventory management

  • Liaise with artists, clients, and suppliers

  • Maintain accurate records of artworks and gallery assets

  • Support daily operations and executive-level tasks

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (required)

  • Proven experience in an Executive Assistant role

  • Strong background in art gallery management and artwork handling

  • Experience in exhibition coordination and inventory management

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
