Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the manager in the day-to-day management of the branch.
- Organize the director's schedule, meetings and travel.
- Drafting, classifying and managing administrative documents and correspondence.
- To ensure internal communication between the different departments.
- Greet visitors and manage telephone calls.
- Prepare reports, summaries and presentations.
- To monitor certain administrative and commercial files.
- Ensure the smooth flow of information within the branch.
- Provide administrative support to teams when necessary.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Good command of computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Sense of organization, discretion and good communication.
- Good level of French.
