Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist the manager in the day-to-day management of the branch.
  • Organize the director's schedule, meetings and travel.
  • Drafting, classifying and managing administrative documents and correspondence.
  • To ensure internal communication between the different departments.
  • Greet visitors and manage telephone calls.
  • Prepare reports, summaries and presentations.
  • To monitor certain administrative and commercial files.
  • Ensure the smooth flow of information within the branch.
  • Provide administrative support to teams when necessary.

  • Experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Good command of computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Sense of organization, discretion and good communication.
  • Good level of French.
