Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

This is a hands-on, multi-functional position supporting the CEO across communications, coordination, and light marketing/branding activities.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Support the CEO with day-to-day coordination and follow-ups
  • Manage and streamline internal communication across teams
  • Assist with external communication (vendors, partners, suppliers)
  • Handle customer-facing coordination when needed
  • Support basic marketing & branding tasks:
  • Social media posts (Instagram, etc.)
  • Event coordination and simple branding materials
  • Basic visual/content creation
  • Assist in vendor sourcing and research
  • Follow up on operational details (uniforms, suppliers, internal needs)
  • Keep projects organized and moving forward

Desired Candidate Profile

2 5 years of experience in admin, coordination, marketing, or similar roles

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proactive, reliable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats

Basic exposure to social media and branding tools

Ability to work closely with senior leadership
