Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Digital & Social Media
- Manage social media accounts (IG, FB, TikTok)
- Create and schedule posts, stories, and basic content
- Handle DMs, comments, and inquiries
- Coordinate with designers, influencers and agencies
- Prepare simple weekly performance updates
E-Commerce (Experience Required)
- Upload/update products, prices, and images
- Process online orders and coordinate deliveries
- Follow up with customers and handle returns
- Update stock levels and website content
- Support online campaigns and launches
Administrative / PA
- Manage calendars, emails, calls, and follow-ups
- Prepare simple reports and documents
- Handle daily office tasks
- Arrange bookings, reservations, and errands
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers
HR & Events Support
- Assist with job postings, CV screening, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain basic HR files
- Support event coordination and logistics
Desired Candidate Profile
3+ years of experience in a similar role
Good experience in e-commerce
Strong social media management skills
Excellent English & Arabic
Organized, discreet, reliable, and tech-savvy
