Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and accurately follow up on their implementation.
  • Coordinate internal ground correspondence (mail, calls, letters).
  • Prepare reports and small presentations.
  • Receive visitors and organize exhibitions.
  • Organize files and endeavor to locate documents in an organized manner for easy access.
  • Follow up on the implementation of tasks and executive assignments from the manager.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding department-specific risks.
  • Assist in coordinating internal events and meetings.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A suitable university degree (preferably business administration or executive secretarial).
  • At least 3-6 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good to excellent English language skills (spoken and written).
  • Practice, good appearance, and the ability to deal with various levels of customers and employees.
  • Quick wit and the ability to work under pressure.
