Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and accurately follow up on their implementation.
- Coordinate internal ground correspondence (mail, calls, letters).
- Prepare reports and small presentations.
- Receive visitors and organize exhibitions.
- Organize files and endeavor to locate documents in an organized manner for easy access.
- Follow up on the implementation of tasks and executive assignments from the manager.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding department-specific risks.
- Assist in coordinating internal events and meetings.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A suitable university degree (preferably business administration or executive secretarial).
- At least 3-6 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good to excellent English language skills (spoken and written).
- Practice, good appearance, and the ability to deal with various levels of customers and employees.
- Quick wit and the ability to work under pressure.
