Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Managing the CEO's schedule. 
  • Organizing meetings, travel, and events
  • Drafting letters, minutes and reports
  • To ensure reception and internal/external communication
  • Monitor administrative and confidential files
  • Coordinate with the various departments
  • Classify and archive documents

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of a 3-year post-secondary degree in management, administration or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent presentation and sense of confidentiality
  • My command of French (English is a plus)
  • Good mastery of office tools
