Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing hierarchical contacts: scheduling, travel arrangements
- Distribute mail internally and externally and ensure its registration.
- Planning, organizing and following up on meetings, gatherings, etc.
- Prepare meeting minutes and records of decisions.
- Drafting letters and administrative documents.
- Design and format meeting and information materials.
- Classify and archive documents.
- Welcoming, informing and guiding visitors.
- Manage phone calls and take messages.
- Sort, code and keep the records file up to date.
- Ensure the application and maintenance of the Integrated Management System documents.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Degree in management or administration.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Sense of organization, discretion and rigor.
- Good command of office software.
