Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Executive Assistant
- Management of bank domiciliation and import files
- Monitoring tax returns and relations with the tax authorities
- My understanding of the ALGEX platform and administrative procedures
- preparation of invoices and management of commercial offers
- Contact and communication with foreign suppliers
- Customer relations: preparation and sending of commercial offers
- Monitoring of imports and management of supply files
- Calculation of cost and selling prices
- Preparation and management of calls for tenders
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a similar position (import/export)
- Fluency in French (mandatory) and English (an asset)
- Good knowledge of banking and customs procedures
- Rigor, autonomy and excellent organizational skills
