Roles & Responsibilities

  • Executive Assistant

  • Management of bank domiciliation and import files
  • Monitoring tax returns and relations with the tax authorities
  • My understanding of the ALGEX platform and administrative procedures
  • preparation of invoices and management of commercial offers
  • Contact and communication with foreign suppliers
  • Customer relations: preparation and sending of commercial offers
  • Monitoring of imports and management of supply files
  • Calculation of cost and selling prices
  • Preparation and management of calls for tenders

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in a similar position (import/export)
  • Fluency in French (mandatory) and English (an asset)
  • Good knowledge of banking and customs procedures
  • Rigor, autonomy and excellent organizational skills
