Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assistance to the Director General (DG):
- Assisting directors in daily administrative management (organizing meetings).
- Coordinate communication between different departments to ensure effective project monitoring.
- Prepare and monitor technical, financial, or legal files in collaboration with the various departments.
- Contribute to the preparation and updating of periodic reports from the various departments.
- General Administrative Management:
- Organize and manage the filing of administrative and legal documents.
- To monitor and update administrative files.
- Participate in the development of administrative procedures and ensure their implementation.
- Manage office supplies and other logistical needs.
- Coordination and Communication:
- Facilitate communication between the CEO, department heads and other employees.
- Monitor the progress of ongoing projects and inform the relevant parties.
- Participate in the planning of internal events (seminars, training sessions, etc.).
- Multipurpose Tasks:
- Supporting teams with occasional administrative tasks.
- Contribute to the management of logistics for corporate events.
- Managing specific requests from directors and the CEO.
- Support for Service Directors:
- Managing the CEO's agenda: organizing meetings, appointments and travel.
- Prepare and coordinate files for the CEO's meetings, ensuring follow-up on actions.
- To ensure internal and external communication on behalf of the CEO.
- Drafting, processing and archiving correspondence (emails, letters, reports).
- Filter calls and manage priorities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- REQUIRED SKILLS
Techniques:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of labor law and administrative procedures.
- Good writing and organizational skills.
Organizational:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to prioritize.
- Great rigor and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments.
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
Behavioral:

Desired profile:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in Management, Administration, or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
