Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Managing the General Management's agenda and appointments

  • Drafting and monitoring correspondence, reports and minutes
  • Organization of meetings and trips
  • Document classification and archiving
  • Telephone reception and communications management
  • Administrative follow-up of files to provide administrative support to the general management, to manage the agenda and to facilitate internal and external communication.

Fluent in Arabic, French, and English

  • Good mastery of office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Suitable for travel
  • Diploma in management, administration or equivalent
  • Desired experience in a similar position
  • Excellent presentation and organizational skills
  • Discretion, rigor and good communication
  • Good presentation
