Roles & Responsibilities

  • Executive Assistant

  • Managing the management's schedule and appointments
  • Provide telephone and in-person reception services
  • Drafting letters, reports and administrative documents
  • Organizing meetings, business trips and events
  • To monitor administrative files
  • Classify and archive documents
  • Prepare presentations and reports
  • Coordinate internal and external communication

  • Diploma in secretarial studies, management or administration
